Refund

I really don't understand why Delta buses is still operating after so many bad reviews saying one thing about the bad and a very Poor service, Arrogant Drivers, actually there's no professionalism in that bus service company, no plan, drivers talk to passengers as they want. SOUTH FRICAN Department of transport where are you? Do you really care about your people's safety? My incident happened on the 5th of OCTOBER 2024; the bus driver decided to change the departure place, apparently because they're scared of taxis. but there was no Communiation, the bus left us behind. Went to their offices at JHB park station for our refund we were told to send an email to requesting refund since then nothing has happened no refund, I've tried to contact them no one wants to be responsible for my refund. I still want my money back and I will not rest until I get my refund.
