Refund

Good afternoon I would like you to help me get my 1000 refund from Delta,i bought a ticket and we were suppose to depart from Queenstown to Cape Town on the 20th of April they sent us sms's that the bus is cancelled for the following day,if we wish to cancel it we can,they"ll refund us,which we did But until today no refund to us
