Poor service

Does not care for people they were suppose to border the bus from park station Johannesburg to Queenstown 7pm and the bus said it will come by 22h00 and it ended up not coming until 3am people were freezing because is cold some with small babies think of it and some were going to the funerals which is today and when you call the owner Thusi is very rude is cutting your phone and just tell you go to the office and the office is closed by then so I need the money back for six people in order to take another bus
