Poor service

My daughter is traveling from East London to Pretoria with Delta coaches. Firstly it was supposed depart at 16:00 only for it to depart at 17:20.

Secondly the very same bus dumped them in Queenstown claiming to be going to Capetown they must wait for their bus is coming from Cofimvaba. It's 23:37 as am writing they have been there for more than 5 hours. Already the bus delayed now they must wait for the bus that they don't even know when it's coming because there is no communication whatsoever.

I must say their service is ***. My daughter suppose to be in Pretoria by 10:00 am tomorrow for an interview now this **** happens

Am so ****ed off with their service. It was her 1st and last time travelling with ****
