Poor service

Worst service ever. Booked a bus in the 31st of July to Cape town. Bus was supposed to leave at 7pm but the bus only pulled up at 8. Drove past Blomfontein and the bus could not move anymore. Spent the rest of the next day in the side of the road and communication from the driver's to the passengers. As l am writing this it's already 18-00 1st of August and we still on the side of the road. This bus should be taken off the roads.
