Poor service by Delta Coaches

I booked this Delta Coaches bus on 14 June 2024 from East London to Pretoria. The bus was not even roadworthy loosing power when climbing uphill and eventually failing in the middle of nowhere about fifty kilometres from Queenstown. No any alternative arrangement to assist passengers was made and had to wait for another bus coming from Johannesburg. No reserve buses in reasonable distances. One wonders where these buses are evaluated as roadworthy with obvious mechanical malfunctions and putting lives of many people at risk. The bus was clearly road unworthy with potential of causing accidents and putting the safety and lives of passengers on serious risk of ********s that can easily take advantage of passengers stuck in odd hours on the road. Avoid these poorly managed buses by all costs. The numbers of their customer services is unreachable and one wonders how such a company is allowed to operate.
