Poor service

I had a terrible experience with Delta Bus.This was my first time using the service, and it will definitely be my last. The bus was overloaded, and we were told there was no other bus going to Bloemfontein and Mthatha meaning we had no choice but to board a bus that was already full. People were standing all the way from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein, some even sitting on the floor due to a lack of seats. When we arrived in Bloemfontein, the compartment where our bags were stored wouldn’t open. I had to struggle to get my luggage out, and in the process, my bag got damaged because we had to force it out from the other side. My advice to the company is to please improve how you manage bookings and passenger counts. When people buy tickets, make sure the number of passengers matches the capacity of the bus. We pay for our seats we don’t board for free so we deserve proper service and respect. Please take this seriously and improve your operations.
