Poor service

Brought a bus ticket online today around 8 am for the bus that was suppose to leave from Queenstown at 6pm, got to Shell Ultra City the bus did not arrive until 7 and no communication and tomorrow I need to be in Johannesburg for an interview.

Then Ithere were other passengers that were returned yesterday stranded again today causes there is no communication and we don't even know if the bus will arrive or not, mind you I'm from Tsomo. Then around 7:10 pm I decided to call my brother to check if there is any other coach that might be available in order to book another bus mind you I don't even have money I still need to borrow money fromy family to pay to another bus.

Luckily there was an intercape bus that was leaving at 7:20 with 1 seat available then my brother booked for me that coach.

I need my refund from Delata coach. I've been trying to contact them and the number doesn't go through. What a poor service from them
