Poor long distance bus service

This has to be the worst bus coach on earth, they careless about people's health. First of all, bus was supposed to leave Midrand at 18:00 and only arrived at 19:30 with no communication whatsoever or even an acknowledgment. Another close to 2hours of waiting at Parkstation. Another 2hours of waiting at Queenstown for a bus that is from Cape town so that they can decide passenger. The bus was supposed to have arrived in King Williamstown at 08:00 but only arrived after midday. People on chronic treatment, kids, people rushing to funerals all not considered.
