Please do not take this bus.

We booked a ticket online from Jhb to Cpt. 16-12-23. Our scheduled time was 11h00. On our way to the bus station we got a Sms saying that our bus will be delayed and will only arrive 17h05. A few minutes after that we got informed that the bus will be arriving 12h05. When we got to the bus station we had to get on a different bus that will take us to the Jhb bus station to get the Delta bus there. They then said that the bust will be arriving 13h30 and it arrived 15h20. The bus was very low class- no hygiene- no maintenance. When we got on the bus- the driver was very rude and unfriendly. The seats were loose- the windows were duck taped- the floor was loose- the windows were rattling throughout the trip. The dashboard was also duck taped. The seats were dirty. And the bus gad a weird noise the whole trip. We pulled off twice on the highway- thinking that they are switching drivers- but then just carried on with the trip. When we got to our 5th bus stop at Colesberg- 22h50 that was the last stop we had- bus broke down apparently the alternater gave in- so we waited for a mechanic to arrive and he never showed the. The following morning 05h00 we were still waiting~ no communication ~ no update. Driver spoke in his language most of the time. So few of us did not understand a thing. We got an opportunity the same morning to get on a different bus- we arrived past 6 in cpt... if it wasn't for that bus- i don't know where we would've been. So please. Do yourself a favour- rather pay a little bit more just to take a different bus.
