Please do not book this bus!!!

My recent journey with Delta Coaches was a disappointing experience marked by significant delays and disorganization. The bus arrived a staggering two hours late, exacerbated by the lack of labeled baggage, making it difficult for passengers to locate their belongings. Additionally, extended stops in Johannesburg, including a prolonged encounter with traffic police, and a fueling station halt further extended our journey unnecessarily. Water on the floor and suspicions regarding the driver's documentation added to the frustration. Ultimately, the bus arrived in Cape Town a whopping 6.5 hours behind schedule. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
