The bus service is a So unprofessional initially the bus was scheduled to depart at 16:10 but at 18:00 we were still waiting inline with no communication being relayed to us then when the bus came through we were loaded in and people started to complain and we were told the bus was fuelling up then we took off then early today in the morning we did a pit stop for 2hours only to be told that their other bus had a breakdown so we are supposed to wait for them and we waited then from there we stopped at a filling station for about an 1hour and 30minutes and again no communication until we started to ask and we were told the bus is low on fuel so now they are waiting for their head office to process the payment to the garage as i write down this survey we are still underway to Johannesburg for a bus that was scheduled for 8:30am Delta Coaches Prince N.

February 11, 2024 Guyz please not waste ur money and book this bus, we almost got ****** after it stuck in the middle of nowhere during the night and guess what drivers dont even bother to explain to us, Trash thi company must be reported once Delta Coaches Siphokazi M.

February 11, 2024 Very very bad I haven't even reached my destination even now it's we're now in Johannesburg park station and they don't want to transport us to Pretoria bosman station that we paid for Delta Coaches Sinesipho N.

February 11, 2024 I enjoyed nothing,I didn't get my bags n on top of that the bus was delayed by almost 3hour n half Delta Coaches Masindi R.

February 11, 2024 Bus was delayed, was supposed to leave at 7pm but we only left at 8:30 pm. The bus got stuck for SEVEN HOURS. Just waiting for SEVEN HOURS. We were supposed to arrive at our destination at 11am the next day… it’s 3pm the next day and we’re still on the road and will only arrive probably around 11pm which is a full 12 hours delay from the initial ETA. February 10, 2024 DELTA should consider closing their ********** company. Not only was the bus late the 23 February 2024 and all the sitting wet from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein .The bus on 26 February 2024 the bus was overloaded people standing other sleeping on the floor of the bus, most unsatisfying experience ever 😤🤬
