Pathetic service

I booked a bus on line through busbuds on the 26th November 2023,from Blomfontein to PTA departure was supposed to have been from 11:55 arriving in PTA @05:50.

The bus Delta coaches never came and instead I had to buy another ticket . I got in touch with them on line via email,they asked from my reference number and proof of sale for the intercape bus,which I sent and to date I haven't had a response and they are not responding to my emails anymore,

The number on the website isn't working

I haven't received my refund to date.
