Pathetic

What a pathetic bus service. The bus arrived 5 hours late! Then it left 5 of us passengers in touwsrivier! It had not been cleaned nor had a toilet. In cape Town it dropped us around the corner from the station and told us to walk. No respect for its passengers whatsoever and no professionalism at all.

Do not use this bus service!!!!
