Patethic service from Delta couches

Boarded a delta coach from Cape town on the 18th of August service was disgusting...first we were not notifiedthe bus was not a coach ..it was those old buses with sliding Windows..brocken chairs and dirty smelly everywhere...then we were told we will only be stopping for 15 minutes during recess coz it's not greyhound and lastly it never stopped inside the parkstation we were parked at some garage people got off ..we were not too anything the it stoppes outside parkstation we we got off on the side I the road..
