Passengers Abandoned By Bus Crew

My heart broke to learn that the bus crew abandoned my family, namely my elderly mother, my daughter and infant grandkids aged 1 and 2 years respectively, at Messina border post in the early hours of the morning, on the 11th of August 2023, without refunding them at least half the fare for them to pay for alternative transport. They were even denied their food, water, blankets and jackets which had been left on the bus. To leave women and children out in the cold without any regard for their health and safety is an inhumane act.

I made an attempt to phone the bus driver to beg him to give them their luggage but he didn't bother to answer his phone. I sent messages as well which were read but not rep****. Surely this is no way to treat passengers who paid for a service. Poor service and zero customer care. May the powers that be shut down this company before innocent lives are lost.
