Nonsense Bus!!!

This nonsense of a bus should not be allowed to transport people not even an animal deserves to be transported by this thing. Last night but got stuck until this morning in the middle of nowhere and they drivers disappeared nje while passengers were still waiting for another bus they were promised is on its way before they 10 pm. The bus only came this morning at 6. My sisters kids were forced to share a seat even though they paid full price for thier kids. Why should a 4 year old pay ticket full price if they still gonna share a seat someone else. Is purchasing a ticket not for reservations of a seat in bus. We want a refund for ticket…. This is nonsense for real
