No service at all from Delta coaches

Disgusting service, they left everyone who had booked a ticket through Shoprite from Mthatha to Cape Town, in Queenstown Shell Garage we spent the night sleeping outside like homeless people. I booked my return ticket on Monday 30 June 2025, for a bus leaving on Thursday 3 July our bags were weighed and we didn't pay any fees for them. I was returning on Sunday 6 July on a bus that was meant to arrive in Cape Town around 7:30 am. In Mthatha they took all the cash customers and put them in a bus to Cape Town and then told the rest of us who had Shoprite bookings we will get a bus in Queenstown. They took us on a bus heading to Joburg and left us in Queenstown under the guise of a bus heading to Cape Town coming. This was around 8pm Sunday. They left us there. There was no bus and we heard from some of the stuff members at Shell Garage that sometimes the bus comes around 1 am in the morning if it ever comes. So we weren't the first people this has happened to. We spent the night sleeping outside men, women and children because they don't even have an office in Queenstown. We then saw a nameless bus coming in to drop people and asked and we learned it belonged to Delta Coaches. We stopped it and held it hostage, called the police and told them what we had done (because we had been waiting for them to come but they said they were still waiting on a van to dispatch) and they advised us not to vandalize the bus. So we asked the driver to call his manager to sort out their mess. Eventually a bus from Cape Town to Mthatha came, with very rude drivers by the way came and they were there to pick us up. I don't know what happened to those passengers who were heading for Mthatha and they were understandably unhappy. One of the drivers told us our bus was still in Mthatha with no diesel, how can that be seeing that we had already paid days prior so Delta knew exactly how many people were travelling on Sunday, and they already had our money?

There's also a guy who wears glasses apparently he is the inspector they call him Nceku, didn't get his real name, he was rude and he stole our money insisting we pay for bags that he was eyeballing and deciding how much a passenger should pay, he was asking some passengers for R5, 5 freaking rand for a bag. We paid for bags that were weighed in Cape Town on a scale and didn't pay. And then when he was done robbing us he ****** us of our time by leaving us in Queenstown with no bus.

If Delta ONLY wants cash customers and have no interest in customers with bookings then they should not affiliate with brands like Shoprite, who we trust and assume they work with decent companies.

Anyone reading this and has information on an organization or ombudsman that can assist passengers in future and hold Delta Coaches accountable would be greatly appreciated. They don't even have contact information that works.
