No regard for the safety of young women

My 18 year old cousin and her friend were supposed to travel from UMthatha to Harrismith, destination Montrose Shell Ultra City. The bus was supposed to arrive at Montrose around 1 am but got delayed when they were changing drivers in Estcourt. The new driver did not even stop at Montrose as per the ticket booked and passed with them heading to JHB. Because my cousin had sent a live location, we were able to see that they had passed Montrose and the driver had not stopped. When they alerted the driver (this is now around 4 am) he told them he didnt know where Montrose is and he then decided to stop in the middle of nowhere and told them to get off. TWO YOUNG GIRLS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AT 4am!!!!! He just left them there!! With no concern for their safety whatsoever. Luckily because of the live location, we were able to find them. But just so you know, you are unsafe riding this bus. They have no regard for safety at all. How can the ticket say the bus will pass by Montrose but the driver claims he doesn't know where that is and leaves two young women on the side of the road with the crime stats in this country??
