No customer satisfaction

Customer experience is dreadful. Waited for a 8PM bus until 2AM and gave up, as no communication was provided. Had to make alternative arrangements to get to my destination. Requested a refund 17 June 2024, provided everything that is needed and I am still waiting a month later (15 July 2024).
