Minus stars

My sons bought a ticket to JHB from COT and were scheduled to arrive at 11:45am. As I am writing this, they are 2 hours away from JHB the time now is 17:00pm. I tried calling the managing director of Delta coaches named Thuba to ask him what is going on and whether he will offer the affected passengers a PARTIAL refund, he said no and hung up. I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach him. Somebody please sue or burn this company down, they are a great risk to punctuality and safety! This is not how you treat customers. If they carry on like this, they will be the cause of many people losing their livelihood.
