Luqmaan logistic also known as Delta buses

I am travelling from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I bought a ticket around 13h42 on the 06/10/2021. I was the first one the que. The bus arrived at 18h02 and that was my departure time. When they wanted tickets they also told me to pay R100 for my suitcase and my small parcel( photos taken)and l told them that l can only afford R50 and they rejected. I rep**** saying l do not have that money and even told them that by the time l was paying my ticket l showed them my luggage and they said it is fine. They told me l must step out of the que l am not interested in going where l wanted to go to and called other passengers and let them leave whilst l was standing saying l will take a second bus. I went to report the manager who is a foreign gentleman and he said he cannot assist bcoz they are the ones in charge. When l come back my small bag with my provision was no longer there and no one had to account for that. They were shouting at me and l aso raised my voice telling them that " the law alows the first suitcase not to be charged. They told me that l will sleep at Parkstation after being refunded. It is only when l told them that l do not mind and l will report this that they allowed me to jump into the bus. I am now on my way without must luxurious that l bought.
