Horrible state of Delta coaches bus from Cape town to Johannesburg

Good day My name is Unathi. I have a complaint directed at Delta coaches and I want shoprite to stop selling bus tickets for this Company. On Thursday we both the R540 ticket for a Delta coaches since it was the only bus still available of which that was not a problem. Today I accompanied my partner to catch a 19:00 delta bus in cape town bus terminus only to find out the bus is running very late eventually it arrived and I've received a phone call from my partner she says the bus is wet inside,has no heater on this very cold winter day,on top of that the drivers are playing very loud maskandi music and when the passengers are complaining they just ignore them. The company cannot be allowed to treat its customers like thrash. Can anyone pls help to stop this nonsense or can shoprite pls stop selling on behalf of this company
