Horrible Service

Worst traveling experience ever. You overbooked and couldn't accommodate all your commuters that booked for the 6.30 pm bus on the 6th July. You resorted into sending us a broken bus at 10 pm. We only drove for 20 mins and the bus died. Spend an entire night in a bus, delaying the reason behind the arranged traveling. No form of communication throughout. Now we are sitting here with no other form of transportation to get to outr destinations as the taxis do not operate in the wee hours of the morning in Mtata...very inconsiderate
