Horrible service and experience

I have rated one star because I cannot rate them zero. We were left stranded at Park Station but a bus supposed to leave at 7pm, ended up leaving at 2am with a taxi to Eastern Cape which is an almost 13 hour drive by bus. No prior communication on delays, very disorganised service and overall horrible experience. Yoh💔
