Horrible Service

I am definitely taking actions against this company, I swear. You know it is always the best to research about the company before you commit on supporting them. I bought a ticket for my mother and my daughter, the bus was supposed to be at it station at 18:00pm and the whole 2 hours has passed and it’s getting dark. She’s having a 5 year old grand daughter and it’s not safe where they at. I’ve been trying to call their office but the phone rings to voicemail. This is a prejudice treatment and is not acceptable at any how. If this is how they treat the customer I dare to challenge these people. Because I know there won’t be any refund issued for this bad behaviour. Enough is enough. Justice to be served.
