Horrible experience

Never again, never ! First and last time, service stinks and they do not pitch. Bus was scheduled to leave at 5pm from Pretoria and now it's 21:11 and I am at park station doing lord knows what, no one knows anything, the call center lady has attitude for years and had the audacity to tell me there is no refund and switch of the cell. I am freezing,hungry and extremely angry . To any one that sees this,do not use that bus they are ****** with cracks.
