Horrible experience

If I could give a minus rating I would definitely do so. The bus line is terrible. Early January I paid R1 000 for a bus ticket from East London to Johannesburg. Firstly the bus arrived over an hour late to pick us up at the designated spot, no apology, no communication, nothing. Secondly when you try to call their office trying to find out what the hold up is, the line just rings with no answer. Thirdly, their staff are extremely unprofessional and the one driver drove so recklessly as if he was transporting bags of potatoes and not humans. A horrible experience this was. If you want to throw your hard-earned money down the drain then buy a delta coaches bus ticket.
