Horrible DELTA COACH BUS SERVICE

The worst bus company in the world, they arrived 45 minutes late at Ultra city in Mthath, we had to fight with the bus host for seats because the bus had arrived with passenger, which took more time.

When we questioned the bus driver why this was happening he had a horrible attitude, he told us take it or leave it he will do what he wants the number plate[ JWL 246 EC] the date of the incident 01 June 2025.

We had to wait in the cold for 30mins it felt like a hole night. No one explains to us what the hell was happening we suffered in the cold treated like trash when we paid full price foe the ticket
