Horrible bus

Worst bus service ever, they collected us in Pretoria with people with no seats.. the bus was cold blowing cold air the rain was coming in the bus and to top it all they refused to drop me off at ulta city even though my ticket was bought for that.. The rear axle of the bus was making noise the whole way.. the bus is not safe at all and the driver was speeding
