First time experience was the worst experience with delta coaches

It was such an incovience to use this bus it dropped me off to a different destination 20 km apart with a reason that says it doesn’t stop there but the ticket says it does stop, to top it up had a heavy luggage they didn’t even offer an alternative transport to my destination
