DON'T USE DELTA BUS(MORTUARY)

The bus is truly *******, please DON'T USE DELTA BUS.1. We supposed to leave Joburg at 6pm but only left at 8pm, no communication that the bus was delayed. For toilet we keep stopping on the side of the road(remember am a lady, and I have to pee with all those men outside in the cold). The bus is FREEZING, NO heater. My feet were frozen and when we talk to driver, he ignores us. I will NEVER use DELTA NEVER, they don't treat people well.
