DONT! Pay more for another bus service, trust me

I created a hellopeter account just to write this review. STAY AWAY from this bus service. Just…don’t. Rather pay more for another bus because wow. The bus was delayed for 5 hours, I was going from JHB to CPT. It was supposed to leave at 1pm and we left at 9pm!! After that they randomly stop in some ***** bus yard and pour petrol in the bus, why didn’t they do this before ?! Who runs this company ?? They dont communicate ANYTHING they just leave us in the bus like we are not paying customers, like we are just poor lost defenseless idiots. They even left someone at the garage. Guys…it’s not worth it. If you can pay more for a better service then please do so.
