DONT EVER USED THIS BUS, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

On the 8 booked a bus from CPT to KWT, fine the bus arrived a bus station and we left. The bus just got stuck in Caledon, the drives don't inform us of anything, called the numbers both goes straight to voicemail, the promise that the Mechanics are coming to fix the problem. The 3 guys arrived drunk I mean as druck drunk drunk, they couldn't fix the bus when asked them they said they are not Mechanics😡 I asked the drivers for the number of their Manager, that guy is rude drop the phone while was busy speaking.

We slept there in the middle of the road, bus got stucked around 9pm the bus was replaced 10am on Tuesday, they didn't offer us lunch nothing even Transport to go home when we get in our destination because I arrived in KWT 11pm the bus was suppose to arrive 8h10am. The call center promise to provide transportation but that didn't happen. Some people slept at Station because they can't reach to their location in the middle of the night.
