Disgusting Service I ever had 😭😭😭😭

Yhooo it's a terrible service,,,I bought a ticket to CPT for the 28 Dec frm Queenstown to Cpt BT I only get a bus on the 30th Dec bear in mind I supposed to be at work on the 30th so I lost for the day,,,,their service is so bad I don't want to lie,, I phnd their boss he dropped the phn and he never picked up again,,,I will NEVER ever use that bus again even if it's free,,,, NEVER!! NEVER!!
