Disgusted

This bus boarded passengers today the 26th November 2024 from East London to joburg. At 17h00 they dropped all passengers going to Joburg at Queenstown claiming that another bus will come and fetch them. Even now 21h49 they are still waiting in Queenstown. I'm disappointed and angry T this disgusting service. Myb17 year old daughter is among the people waiting. It's not safe and disgusting for the safety of the passengers. Please help me with this matter.
