Disgrace.....

If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this bus services at all. Zero communication, bus is dirty. They canceled a trip 30 mins before I had to take the bus and refunded the money they offered no alternative trip. On returning home they were delayed, the bus sounded faulty, o not to forget the bus was pulled over by the traffic officer for passengers standing up. As I am writing I am being told no heater. This is the worse bus company ever!!! I strongly do not recommend using this bus services . And communication is not in English one has to for translation.
