Disaster Buss

On 21 December 2022, we book Delta Coaches from Midrand garage to Mthatha. Departure time was 6:05 pm, the bus arrived around 10pm. The time now is 23:30pm, the bus has broken down. No communication with passengers on the solution. We are still stuck in the middle of the road around Johannesburg. The bus is dirt, smelly and the front screen has mist all over because the drive does not know how to clear the mist on the screen. We are worried about our safety. The bus is not safe judging from the situation, not road safety at all. It looks like a passenger before us had vomited on the floor and no cleaning took place. We are suffocating due to no air-conditioning. We are stuck in dark places
