Disappointed and dissatisfied with Delta Coaches

If we were able to write a review without stars this would be it. I am having a horrific experience with Delta Coaches, and I'm compelled to share my disappointment. The bus was scheduled to depart from Johannesburg Park Station at 18:55 and arrive at my destination at 06:50. However, the bus arrived 2 hours late, with no communication from the staff or drivers.

The offices at Park Station were closed, leaving us in the dark about the delay. We waited again for 2 hours at Montrose with no updates or explanations from the drivers. To make matters worse, we were transferred to another bus, and in the process, my luggage was almost lost.

The bus then proceeded to travel at an alarming 130km/h through curves in Pietermaritzburg to escort, putting our lives at risk, we were left holding on for dear life.

As of now, 08:15, we're stuck in Richmond, having been stationary since 06:00. The bus is low on fuel, and we're still waiting to continue our journey. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Delta Coaches' service, communication, and safety standards. I highly recommend they: - Improve communication with passengers regarding delays and schedule changes. - Ensure offices are open and staff are available to assist passengers. - Provide safer driving practices and adhere to speed limits. - Implement better luggage handling procedures to prevent loss or damage.

Advice to Potential Customers:

- Consider alternative transportation options that prioritize passenger safety and satisfaction. - Be prepared for potential delays and lack of communication. - Keep a close eye on your luggage during transfers.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided by Delta Coaches, and I hope this review will prompt them to address these issues and improve their overall experience.
