Details not clear and no communication.

So shuttered bus ticket gave an adress taking off on another adress so confusing ended up being left by bus.. Call centre rang and rang 30 mins later a very rude lady who did nit even say her name they say i cannot even follow and catch the bus on their next station... Money gone like that.. If would ever use this bus again.. Send me to A psychiatrist..
