Delta is *** - July 2024

Delta is stupid, *** company. Nobody I know will ever book that bus again. My aunt booked a Delta bus from Cape Town to Eastern Cape and was supposed to leave at 6pm on the 6th of July 2024. The bus did not arrive on the stipulated time and eventually 2 hours later another bus that was “hired” by Delta arrived. It picked up passengers going to Joburg and those going to Eastern Cape and was apparently going to meet the Delta buses in Beaufort West to exchange passengers. The hired bus arrived in Beaufort West early hours of the morning on the 7th of July but Delta buses they were supposed to meet did not arrive. They waited for 5 hours in the cold and it was raining heavily. The owner of the rented bus could not get hold of Delta on the phone and eventually decided to turn around and drive back to Cape Town with all the passengers. Now the passengers need to make another plan (and spend more money) to get to JHB and Eastern Cape.
