Delta is a **** stole my money 👎👎

I booked delta bus that was leaving on 27 November 2023 (23:00) from Bloemfontein to Pretoria.. .. On the day we waited over an hour then we got SMS around 12pm that the bus is cancelled and we must contact them morning to get our refund... I contacted them their was offline email with my details and ticket number.. No response... Throughout December trying with no luck... I contacted travel site since I booked through their side they contacted them they said I must sent my details to new email they gave them.. Even today 01 February 2024 no response.. No sign of my money.. This is so unfair they just taking advantage because I'm a student...
