Delta Coaches is undoubtedly one of the worst brands out there. Their communication with customers is abysmal, as evidenced by their failure to notify passengers of a significant departure time change from 13:20 to 17:00 without any prior warning. When customers rightfully requested refunds due to this inconvenience, Delta Coaches shamelessly refused to comply. The situation escalated to the point where fellow passengers had to involve the police, highlighting the absurdity of Delta Coaches' actions. As a result of their incompetence, customers like us were left stranded and unable to attend important events like weddings. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Delta Coaches. They should be shut down for their atrocious service.
