Delta Coaches worse service

I booked a bus from Cape Town to Pretoria with Delta and i was supposed to be leaving on the 22/05 2024 at 13:00 and got this text Good day valued passenger. Your scheduled coach will experience some delay. Departure time at your stipulated pick up point is estimated at 18h00. Remember to check in 30 minutes before departure time. Apologies for the inconvenience. DELTA After calling them to refund they told me to go to the office which didn't help said i needed to send an email i did. Till now no refund They gave me this email for correspondence ***
