Delta coaches will leave you stranded 😒

I was left stranded at night in the garage after their bus from Aliwal North to Johannesburg didn't show up. I called but the phone was not answered, I even sent a WhatsApp but later on discovered that the WhatsApp line is not being used. When I thought I can just go to Shoprite for a new bus ticket they told me they need to refund me first, so I had to buy an additional bus ticket in order to get home. They are not to be trusted, if you don't want to end up on the garage stranded don't bother booking with them, they are useless and don't have emphaty towards their customers.
