Delta Coaches Terrible Service

The Delta Coaches bus did not arrive on Friday 7 November at 1610 as advertised and there was no communication. After waiting for more than 2hrs with no update I gave up and left the station. I have contacted the bus company via phone and they asked me to send an email, I did so and sent 2 follow up emails over a course of a few days and have not received my refund or any assistance or response from Delta. I need my money back!
