Delta Coaches Terrible service

I booked tickets for my family of 6 to Johannesburg from Cape Town. Bus was supposed to leave at 6pm from Cape Town. We left at 6:40pm. On route to JHB the driver made a stop to pick up boxes that had nothing to do with any passangersw on the bus and when dropping the boxes off at a few stops after that my finace then asked the driver why is he doing side jibs and the driver advised they needed to drop off the boxes to get more money for dieses for the bus which is an absolute lie coz im sure the company supplies the diesel for every trip. My fiance then took picture of the guys offloading the boxes the driver then grabbed my fiances phone and the phone then dropped and cracked. We were already running late and then we were even more delayed because of the side jobs the drivers are doing. The buses were dirty. Some of the windows dont work. The small fans on the roof also dont work. The curtains on the windows stink and are dirty. I paid alot of money for my family and i to get to Joburg and back and the service was terrible. Will never use Delta again. Money wasted and now also my Fiances phone needs to be fixed beacuse of the driver who was guilty of doing sideline jobs. If it was a job to get money for diesel why did the driver get so upset about my fiance taking picture. And a company would never not supply diesel for the buses. Very disappointed. And it was my childrens first long distance bus ride.
