Delta coaches risking lives

This is the worst experience for a long distance travel. This bus was supposed to leave at 4pm and it left at 7:30pm with no updates from the employees. The bus was unmarked and looked very beat down and finished. It kept breaking down on the road and we had to stop on the roadside. The aircon wasn't working which makes it very unhygienic and putting people's lives at risk. There is covid these days which requires that ventilation should be ope at all times and that wasn't followed. I paid 2000 for this ticket traveling with a child and the whole situation was very frustrating. I need my refund as this bus should not even be on the roads!!!
