Delta Coaches (NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!)

My 5 months pregnant wife and 4 year old son. heading to Musina from Cape Town. once they got in musina they were dropped off at a petrol garage saying that they dont go to the bus station were all buses arrive. they take off leaving her bag in their bus. i dont know how to complain but this company is worse than anything on the face of the earth. they are ***s dogs are better. we are still waiting on the suitcase. passing the buck is their game. never ever will i ever ever use them again!!!
