Delta coaches must be taken off route

Booked a bus for the 04th of Jan from Engcobo to Pretoria and the bus did not stop at the bus stop the driver just looked at us and drove off. Tried requesting my refund and they want to offer me is a voucher and am super angry because I made a dept I don’t want their voucher because am never gonna use their services and am already in Pretoria so they are too late for that.
